Our commitment

Emerald Bin Cleaning wants every customer to be able to learn about our service and book a cleaning, regardless of ability. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.

What we have done

The site uses plain language, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for images, color combinations chosen for contrast, and layouts that work at larger text sizes and on small screens. Animations are reduced automatically when your device asks for reduced motion. The booking flow can be completed with a keyboard or screen reader, and no step depends on color alone.

Known limitations

Some before-and-after videos do not yet have captions or audio description, and a few third-party components (payment checkout and embedded maps) are controlled by their providers. We are working on these, and we are happy to help you directly in the meantime.
