When you book a cleaning we collect the details you enter in the booking form: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the number and type of bins you want cleaned, your trash collection day and the plan you select. We may also record which marketing link or QR code you arrived from so we know which materials are working.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and perform your bin cleaning, to build efficient routes, and to contact you about your service — confirmations, reminders and any scheduling changes. We may occasionally contact you about service updates or offers; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us by email.
Payment information
We do not collect card or bank details through this website. Booking online submits a service request only, and payment is arranged directly with us.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, the hosting and database provider that stores booking requests — and only as needed to run the business or comply with the law.
Location data
If you tap “Use my current location” during booking, your browser asks your permission before sharing your approximate location. We use it only to pre-fill your address fields. You can decline and type your address instead.
Data retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll take care of it.
