Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you book with Emerald Bin Cleaning.
Service requests
Submitting the booking form sends us a service request. Your booking is confirmed once we contact you to schedule your first cleaning. We may decline or cancel a request if your address falls outside our current service routes.
Pricing
One-time cleaning is $20 for one bin, $35 for two bins, and $15 for each additional bin. Monthly service is $15 for one bin, $25 for two bins, and $10 for each additional bin. Every-3-months service is $25 for one bin, $40 for two bins, and $20 for each additional bin. Prices are per cleaning visit at the frequency you select and may change with notice; the price quoted at booking applies to your scheduled service.
Scheduling and access
We clean on or after your regular trash collection day, when bins are empty. Please leave your bins accessible at the curb or driveway. If bins are full, blocked, or unavailable when we arrive, we may need to reschedule that visit.
Recurring service and cancellation
Monthly and every-3-months plans continue until you cancel. There are no contracts — cancel any time by calling, texting or emailing us before your next scheduled cleaning.
Results and condition of bins
We deep clean, pressure wash, sanitize and deodorize your bins. Permanent stains, discoloration, damage or odors caused by pre-existing wear may not be fully removable. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as cracks, broken lids or worn wheels.
Satisfaction
If you're not happy with a cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we'll come back out to make it right.
Payments
No payment is collected through this website. Payment arrangements are handled directly with us.
